Tim Nystrom-Team Leader & Listing Specialist


Tim is the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Heritage in Keller, TX, and runs The Nystrom Team.  Tim’s high-energy personality helps keep the team excited about helping our clients each and every day.  He follows market trends and associates with other organizations in the real estate industry to assure that his teams clients receive the most up to date information possible.  His previous experience as a restaurant franchise owner has taught him how to delegate to ensure that The Nystrom Team’s clients are taken care of every step of the way during their real-estate transaction.  Tim and his wife Donna enjoy spending lots of time with three children: Andrew, Zachary, and Madison.  Determined to lower his high golf handicap, Tim enjoys time on the golf course, as well as traveling with his family.

Donna Nystrom - Marketing Specialist

Donna's high energy personality and great creative talent helps give The Nystrom Team one of the most innovative marketing plans available in the real-estate industry.  She has joined the team after 16 years at a family practice doctors office. Her bright personality brings a smile to everyone who she encounters throughout the day. As a mother of three under four years old, her days are fairly consumed caring for Andrew, Zachary, and Madison.

Debby Patton - Office Manager &  Client Care Coordinator

Debby brings her wonderful sense of humor, her relational skills and high customer service standards to the team.  Her organizational talent ensures that all the details of running a successful real-estate team are met.  She loves to spend time with her growing family and she has a great passion for volunteer work.





Ellen Lipscomb - Transaction Coordinator

Ellen brings her combined passion for people and real estate.  She looks forward to the challenges and communication of the everyday transactions.  Enjoying her time off work with her children, she is quoted as she leaves for the day "I'm on my way to my real job" - her blessings Randy and Christian.  She also enjoys her time assisting in ministerial relations with church.

Keely's background provides years of experience in sales, customer service, teaching and numerous hours of volunteering within the community. In her free time you can find Keely watching her son & daughter playing sports. Keely also enjoys playing co-ed softball with her husband on their church softball team.

Deborah Gallaher - Buyer Specialist

Deborah brings to the team prior real-estate sales experience.  Combined with her background in retail sales and customer service, she has proved to be a valuable asset to the team.  She enjoys spending her free time with her children, grand daughter and assisting with church activities and volunteer opportunities.





Kathy Boyer - Buyer Specialist

Kathy brings an outgoing warm personality with award winning customer service and a strong willingness to build lasting relationships.  Her love for real estate began in the 1980's while working at her father's real estate firm in NW Houston.  Her experience includes working in corporate banking at Mobil Oil Corporation in Dallas and being the owner of a children's retail clothing store in Coppell.  She loves time spent with her husband and children.
