Tim is the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Heritage in Keller and Southlake, TX, and runs The Nystrom Team. Tim’s high-energy personality helps keep the team excited about helping our clients each and every day. He follows market trends and associates with other organizations in the real estate industry to assure that his team's clients receive the most up to date information possible. His previous experience as a restaurant franchise owner has taught him how to delegate to ensure that The Nystrom Team’s clients are taken care of every step of the way during their real-estate transaction.
Tim and his wife Donna enjoy spending lots of time with three children: Andrew, Zachary, and Madison. Determined to lower his high golf handicap, Tim enjoys time on the golf course, as well as traveling with his family and time backpacking in the mountains.
Deborah Gallaher - Client Care Coordinator & Listing Manager
Deborah brings to the team prior real-estate sales experience. Combined with her background in retail sales and customer service, she has proven to be a valuable asset to the team. She enjoys spending her free time with her children, grand kids and assisting with church activities and volunteer opportunities.
Ellen Lipscomb - Transaction Coordinator
Ellen brings her combined passion for people and real estate. She looks forward to the challenges and communication of the everyday transactions. Enjoying her time off work with her children, she is quoted as she leaves for the day "I'm on my way to my real job" - her blessings Randy and Christian. She also enjoys her time assisting in ministerial relations with church.
Keely Harris - Buyer Specialist
Keely's background provides years of experience in sales, customer service, teaching and numerous hours of volunteering within the community. In her free time you can find Keely watching her son & daughter playing sports.
Kim Gardner - Buyer Specialist
Kim loves being a licensed real estate agent! She says the best part of being a Realtor is getting to meet new people and helping them find the ideal property to call "home"! With an outging personality and many years of award-winning customer service and sales experience, Kim has a passion for helping others. Combining that passion with real estate has given her a dream career.
Kim is a native Texan, born and raised in Fort Worth. She and her husband, Lloyd, live in NW Tarrant County near Eagle Mountain Lake. They have two children, Ryan Elizabeth and Landon. Ryan is an aspiring writer and Landon is starting his senior year of high school.
Suzanne Parsons - Property Manager
Suzanne brings to our team over 18 years of property management experience and client care. She has handled every aspect of the property management business, and makes leasing a pleasant experience for both our tenants and our owners.
In her free time she enjoys lots of outdoor activities, including water volleyball, hiking, riding bikes, and boating. She is a huge animal advocate, loves to read, and spends as much time with her grandson, Zachary, as possible!
Donna Nystrom - Marketing Specialist
Donna's high energy personality and great creative talent helps give The Nystrom Team one of the most innovative marketing plans available in the real-estate industry. She joined the team after 16 years at a family practice doctors office. Her bright personality brings a smile to everyone she encounters throughout the day! As a mother of three under six years old, her days are fairly consumed caring for Andrew, Zachary, and Madison.
